Batteries
We use rechargeable batteries for recordings up to 72h. and use disposables for recordings longer than 72h. These disposables can be hand in for recycling.
Electrodes and allergies
There are several electrodes compatible with the Live ECG Holter. Please contact us for advise.
How long will it take for me to receive a report?
Our standard is a 72 hour response. However in urgent situations we can analyse a holter reading in as little as one hour.
Emergency
Please send the data as soon as possible. We will make sure that you will receive a full report the same day. If necessary, the same hour.
I am not sure if I placed the holter correctly.
Use the tablet and check the signals.
I have questions about the results.

Did I start the recording?
The Live ECG Holter starts automatically after five minutes.
What do the indicators at the top mean?
Green – everything is all right, Red- Battery is (almost) empty and needs replacing.
Is the device waterproof?
No, the holter is not waterproof, however you can detach the holter from the patch. The patch is waterproof. Please note when you place the holter back on the patch that all four buttons are correctly fastened.
The program is not working the way it is supposed to.
